Create and Add a collection or series

The first step in publishing a book collection is creating the collection.

From the HUB home page, select "Catalog"> "Collections" from the left menu. At the top right-click "Add Collection"

fill in the required data: publisher, name and ISSN (you can leave out the ISSN field, it is not mandatory).

Once a collection has been created, it will be listed in the table below:

To delete a series, just click "Remove Collection" at the top right, to modify it instead the button on the left "Edit Collection" will be sufficient.

How to put a book in a series

Proceeding to the publication of a new ebook, you can select the series from the article sheet in the "Collections" section:

Click on the drop-down menu next to "Select or create collection" and select the collection. Our system allows you to create a new series even from the page currently being viewed, so as not to have to exit and interrupt the eBook loading. If you want to do this, just click on the "+".

Once the first field has been filled in, enter the "Volume Order" (mandatory numeric value indicating the volume number of the collection) and the "Volume Name" (which remains optional).

PLEASE NOTE: Not all libraries handle series information or group books in the same way, and some, like Google Play, don't support this type of information at all, yet.
