Any user can make a specific offer for any service offered by any professional in the marketplace. The only requirement is that the user has to have in his personal wallet an amount of credits equal to or greater than the price set by the professional.
As soon as an offer is accepted by a professional, Market will deduct the agreed-upon price from the wallet of the user and the order will be placed in “awaiting delivery” status.
The delivery date can be modified by mutual agreement between the client and the professional from within the internal messaging system.
Once the professional has executed the service, the order status will be updated to “delivered,” the client will be informed, and they will be able to set the order status to “completed” or to “modification.” In any case, after 72 hours from the “delivered” status change, if the user doesn’t select any new status, the order will automatically be switched to “completed.”
Once an order is marked “completed,” a clearance period of 7 days starts and after that, if no problems arise, Market will place in the wallet of the professional an amount equal to the price agreed in the offer minus a fee of 10% of the agreed-upon price, which is the amount of StreetLib Market's commission.
If the status is changed to “modification,” the client and the professional can discuss what changes to make, or what further work is to be done, in order to arrive at a mutually satisfactory product (and switch the status to “completed”), or whether they wish to put in motion a mutual cancellation of the order.
In case of mutual cancellation, the credits will be reassigned to the client’s wallet without any commission deducted.
N.B. After five modification or cancellation requests, StreetLib Market is allowed, at its discretion, to disable that feature for the users involved.
